Open segment and closed segment maple and walnut bowl. It measures 4 inches wide by 4 ½ inches tall.

Made with one piece of Cherry, approx three inch cube with captive ball inside.

This bowl is made of cherry wood, turned and carved.  I showed this at the recent Wood Carvers Show and to my great surprise I won "3rd Best Of Show".     It was a humbling experience but very rewarding to have a woodturner receive this award at a Carving show.  (no need to get that good looking guy on the site tho')
